DSS/DHS together with Breaking Ground is opening up a 106-bed low-barrier Safe Haven facility in a building directly attached to P.S. 343 - The Peck Slip School, a PreK and elementary school serving children 3-11 years old.

PeckSlip Advocates for School Safety is raising funds to immediately pursue legal recourse to push back against the City's arbitrary and negligent decision to open a low barrier Safe Haven shelter attached to Peck Slip School, an elementary school in Lower Manhattan.
